INITIAL VISIT & EVALUATION.

Measurable change begins with an evidence-based benchmark.

Initial Evaluation sessions are 90-minutes in duration and suggested for all first-time clients. We will discuss the reasons for your visit, review your medical history, and walk through a thorough Postural & Movement Analysis (a visual assessment of your posture, movement, and range of motion) — our benchmark. The evaluation portion of the visit typically takes 20-30 minutes, allowing for a full 60-minute hands-on massage treatment.


cLINICAL mASSAGE Treatment.

60-minutes: $100

75-minutes: $120

90-minutes: $140

 

The objective - to promote positive change in functional inherent movement patterns.

A Clinical Massage session employs a blend of evidence-based massage techniques that are aimed at addressing specific concerns. Whether you are dealing with acute or chronic pain from an injury or medical condition, or you are looking to add a self-care component to your routine — each session is tailored to support your goals.


Myofascial Release Massage.

90-120 minutes(varies): $180

INtroductory session: $170

The intention - to slowly unwind restricted fascial connective tissue layers.

A clinically proven approach to treating specific myoskeletal conditions including immobility and pain. This method, developed by Howard Rontal, employes a set of specific bodywork techniques. Effective as a general full body approach or a targeted treatment for specific concerns such as thoracic outlet syndrome, whiplash, etc. Sessions will vary between 90 and 120min in length.


POSTURAL & mOVEMENT Analysis.

30-minutes: $55

 

Our Benchmark.

Poor posture can create excessive strain on the postural muscles of the musculoskeletal system over time. The Postural and Movement Analysis is a visual assessment of where you are today and can provide great insight to your therapist for a more focused and detailed treatment. This service is available as an add-on to all clinical massage sessions.
